Paris is one of the most amazing cities in the world and the Eiffel Tower is the iconic monument connected with it.

When I’ve heard that there is a michelin star restaurant on it I thought: “I’ve to go there!” and when I’ve heard that the restaurant is part of the Alain Ducasse’s chain I thought: “I’ve to go there now”.

And yes, if you are wondering, the restaurant delivers the high quality that you’ll expect from an Alain Ducasse restaurant.

    The food

Even if it is difficult not to get distracted from the view, you’ll soon find out that the food is too good to be put in second place.

    Classic service, classic food.

    The Wine

A really good wine list of french wines. Any way go always for the pairing so you can’t go wrong.

    Tips

Go for LUNCH! The quality is good but it isn’t worth the price for dinner or for special occasions (Christmas, new years eve, etc.)

They over change incredibly considering the location of the restaurant.

    Book well in advance.

    The Business Side

Alain Ducasse is a genius of business and team behind him have done an incredible job again.

It is difficult to find in the world a restaurant in a better location!

    Brand awareness

    Alain Ducasse…. nothing to add

IMPORTANT: Some genius in the marketing team has added a master piece of plate for every single customer on the table.

    The plate is called “Structure”.

The reason why it’s a genius move is because there are hundreds of photos of this plate on internet. The plate is so amazing that everyone visiting the restaurant feels the urge to take a photo of it and share it on facebook.

This free marketing campaign has created a symbol in the industry and at the same time an elite group of people. In fact when you see someone publishing the photo of the plate your subconscious immediately think “ah… you’ve been to jules verne too, so we are on the same group of people in society.”

    Social Media

As usual there isn’t a dedicated facebook/twitter/instagram account for this specific restaurant.

At least on the restaurant website there is a timid link to Alain Ducasse facebook page.

The page is used quite badly… only advertising about the restaurants. No real interaction with the followers
